Speaking & Presentation Summer Camp
Heal presentation perfectionism during this 2-Week virtual camp.
Speaking Confidence Myth:
Just work on your storytelling skills
Here’s the thing, people don’t want to hear a script or a perfect story. They want to VIBE WITH YOUR ENERGY.
Storytelling is like icing on the cake—an added bonus, not the foundation of being a good speaker.
It's like when I saw Britney Spears in concert, she was on tour despite struggling with mental health. There was an incredible circus stage, beautiful costumes, and amazing dancers. Britney was doing all the moves but her energy just wasn't there.
No amount of glitz and glamour could fix her state of mind and the audience could sense that.
It was like having a feast without any seasoning—it fell flat.
Similarly, while storytelling can spice up your presentation the real essence lies in delivering it is a good state of mind.
Truth be told, I don’t spend much time AT ALL thinking about storytelling tactics.
I focus most of my energy on…making sure I have good energy.
This is the solid foundation upon which everything else rests for me.
So, how do you unlock good energy?
You must identify and address the energy leaks that are dragging you down.
The #1 culprit is negative self-talk.
When you have thoughts like:
“don’t ask a question because you’ll sound dumb”
“your voice is so weak”
“nobody understands you, you’re such a rambler.”
This does NOT help you get into a good mental space.
If you are trying to fix your speaking with MORE anxiety-fueled actions like:
trying even HARDER writing BETTER scripts
reading MORE storytelling books & blogs
trying to make your English PERFECT with courses
WORK tirelessly & practice until you fucking hate it
(or procrastinate because it’s so stressful to work on)
This is not sustainable, it's exhausting. You may be nearing a breaking point.
I’ve been there.
I’ve dealt with lots of negative self-talk and worked myself to the point of complete burn out.

Changing your negative thoughts is the FASTEST possible track to confidence.
Let Your Negative Thoughts GO!!!
After learning this system, Kiana started sharing her ideas in group brainstorms after ALWAYS being quiet & scared to share in meetings.
In camp, you will learn the exact system I use to feel immediately more confidence and how I reprogram my mind so be in alignment with my goals.
