Why I’m a Coach
Growing up, my dad was my rock, but he battled depression and alcoholism throughout his life.
When he came out as gay, I thought he would find peace - but years of living in fear and shame had taken their toll. He spiraled into homelessness and severe mental illness.
Witnessing his struggle broke my heart, but it taught me a powerful lesson - living authentically is not a luxury, it's essential to our well-being.
I've since made a conscious decision to base my choices on my passions, not my fears.
It's led me to life-changing adventures like backpacking solo through Southeast Asia, finding inner peace at a silent meditation retreat and starting a business as a speaker.
I believe people should celebrate their unique identities and express themselves freely.
